Attached to Memorial Hospital, Memorial Health Clinic provides convenient access to all clinic and hospital services in one facility. Physicians are able to quickly attend to emergencies as well as see patients during office hours with almost no "travel time" between locations.
Memorial Health Clinic provides family practice services in pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, dermatology, internal medicine, orthopedics, general surgery and geriatrics.

The clinics are staffed by six family physicians, a general surgeon, a nurse practitioner and a physician assistant. The clinic office in Aurora is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - Noon. The Clay Center Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Laboratory appointments are scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. at each site and regular appointments begin at 9 a.m. The Harvard Clinic is open Monday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Every effort is made to schedule patients with their choice of health care provider. When immediate care is required and that health care provider is not available, patients are given the option to see one of the other health care providers available. Appointments range from brief office visits to hour-long appointments for physicals and procedures. Appointments may be scheduled up to three months in advance.

All fees for services rendered are standardized for equality and are expected to be paid at the time the service is given. Memorial Health Clinic participates with Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Midlands Choice, and Mutual of Omaha. We are also a licensed Medicaid provider and participate with First Health Network, Plaines Health Network, Accountable Health Plans of America, Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS), Every Woman Matters, Tricare-Champus, Heartland Comp., Mutually Preferred, United Healthcare and County Healthcare. Participation agreements change and patients should check with clinic office personnel for the most recent listing of contractual arrangements between Memorial Health Clinic and insurance groups.
